A beautiful 6 berth caravan, fully re-furbished, new carpets, 3 piece suite . all bedding. this caravan is totally set up to move straight into. The site is semi-residentail and you can live there for all but 7 weeks a year. On site is small shop, restuarant, Indoor swimming pool plus gym. Also on site club house and a hotel that you amy stay in when site is shut at a discount for owners. The Gas and Electric is included in the ground rent of ?4100.per year . There is no council tax to pay. Water charge is small. If you dont wish to live in the caravan allow the site to rent it for you to pay your ground rent.

Local attractions and directions

The site is just out side Dover Main port. it takes about 15 minutes from main centre. Close to Folkstone. The area is beautiful and no buildings, plenty of open space.
