This caravan is situated close to all amenities, the swimming pool, reception, shop, children's play area & just a 2 minute walk from the entertainment complex.
Passes for the complex are available to purchase from reception on arrival.
This caravan is fully double glazed & has central heating throughout to add extra comfort to your holiday, particularly during the Autumn & Winter months.
A spacious modern lounge with 2 armchairs & a 2 seater sette, 28inch plasma tv, dvd player & sattelite tv.
There are French doors that open onto a verandah with a table & chairs to enjoy the sunshine.
The lounge is seperated from the kitchen.

A modern kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, dishwaher, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, oven, seperate grill & hob.
It is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, pots & pans & everything you will need foryour stay.Including iron & ironing board, sandwich toaster etc.
Patio doors lead from the kitchen to a large patio area.
The bathroom has a large shower & wash hand basin ,wc and full size bath.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in wardrobes & storage cupboards above the bed.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, overhead storage & wardrobe space.
A fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector & smoke alarm are all fitted for your safety.
There is ample parking as there are 2 large car parks very close to the caravan.
All duvets & pillows are provided but please remember to bring sheets, duvets covers, pillow cases, towels & t.towels as these are not provided.
Free gas & electricity is included.
We are sorry but there are no pets allowed in any of our caravans & we also adopt a no smoking policy to conform with park rules for holiday lettings
